Teams outside our active Regions

We have a special pre-registration for teams from areas that do not have enough activity for a regional competition. Our active regions are: Central TX (Austin/San Antonio), North TX (Dallas/Fort Forth) and HARO (Houston Area). If you are geographically outside of our active Regions, you have two options:

a) attend any Regional competition of your choice. You will follow the same team qualifications and promotion standards as local teams to advance to the State competition.

b) You also have the option to attend the TX State Competition directly, without participating in a regional competition. Primary teams do not participate in the State competition.

With your pre-registration, you submit your team roster and confirm intention to skip the Regional competitions. Click on Regionals, start registration, select “Teams without Regionals”. Deadline to pre-register your team is January 20th, 2024.

You must also pe-register your judge by January 20th, so that they can attend virtual training in February.
