Ongoing			Reminder	Teams should continue to check clarifications that could be posted later by International Problem Captains, even after Regional and State Tournaments.
March 2025	~~29^th~~		~~Event~~	~~TX State Tournament at San Jacinto College, Houston followed by Awards Ceremonies on-site.~~
~~April~~	~~5^th~~		~~Soft Deadline~~	~~TX Deadline to declare intent to participate in WF by email to wf@txodyssey.org~~
April	5^th		Key date	Pins & Shirts sales open for WF. Shirt orders until 4/19^th, pin orders until April 27^th. Credit card payment only is accepted.
April	12^th		Deadline	Last date to REGISTER your team for WF, within 2 weeks of State tournament. This ensures that your team is included in the preliminary tournament schedule. Be sure to include special scheduling requests by then (late member arrival, early departure, etc.) For teams who opt out of Odyssey housing, registration deadline to qualify for the lower site fee ($3,750)
April	12^th		Deadline	Recommended target date to submit housing application for each team member (within team registration). You can change rooms by email until 4/22, if necessary. Roommates can be changed on-site within reserved full rooms.
April	12^th		Deadline	Deadline to show interest in the Truck Co-Op.
April	18^th		Deadline	Truck Co-Op: Downpayment due, otherwise teams make their own arrangements for transportation of props.
April	22^nd		Deadline	Final deadline for changes to team registration and schedule requests.
April	22^nd		Deadline	For teams who opt out of Odyssey housing, payment of facility fee is due in full. This is $3,750 if you register on or before April 12^th, goes up to $4,250 if you registered later.
April	22^nd		Deadline	Deadline for changes to Odyssey Housing reservations. Housing payment is due in full. This is $730 per person for the typical Wednesday arrival package.
April	23^rd		Key date	Truck Co-op: Estimated list of boxes and sizes is due for all props in Truck Co-Op. Cost provided that week. Preliminary invoices can be issued upon request.
April	27^th	10 pm	Key date	Pins sales close for WF orders.
April	29^th		Deadline	Deadline to book airport transfer through Compass Coach (one of the two Shuttle providers)
May	1^st	Limited time viewing	Key date	The tentative competition schedule will be available on May 1^st until May 3^rd . It will then be taken down until May 6^th.
May	4^th		Key date	Truck Co-op: Final list of boxes and sizes due for all props in Truck Co-Op. This allows us to create the shipping manifest that goes with truck.
May	6^th		Key date	The final competition schedule will be posted on Tuesday, May 6^th.
May	6^th		Key date	Shipping of Pins & Shirt Orders to teams from North and South TX
May	10^th	10 am to 12 pm	Key date	Truck Co-op: Receiving of all team props going on Houston truck (tentative)
May	10^th	1 pm to 3 pm	Key date	Pick-up of Houston team Pins & Shirts orders: Morningstar Storage Eado. 812 Live Oak St.
May	12^th		Key date	Final comprehensive schedule for TX, including team Howdy, volunteers and any Buddy teams on a single document. Coaches can finalize their Coach Binders.
May	12^th		Key date	Last day to send your team’s entry to the SponTX challenge by email to wf@txodyssey.org. (Optional activity)
May	14^th		Key date	Last day to sign-up by email to wf@txodyssey.org for walking in the Parades (Optional activity).
May	20^th		Key date	Truck Co-op: Props are delivered to respective MSU Prop Rooms (earlier if possible)
May	21^st to 25^th	5 days/ 4 nights	Event	World Finals Competition at Michigan State University, E. Lansing MI. See detailed schedule of events here.
