Main Training for Volunteer Judges who plan to serve at the Houston (HARO) Tournament. This is a requirement for ALL judges including returning judges. Click on the Header for more Judge Information and registration.

New judges should take the General Training online before they attend the onsite training.

If you are an educator, you can obtain a certificate for 6 hours GT credit for judging at our tournament.

1:30 pm check-in

2 pm Training starts and then break-out by teams. Do not be late!

4-5 pm end of training, depending on specific problem.

Driving directions:

San Jacinto College, South Campus, 13735 Beamer Rd, Houston, TX 77089. Flickinger Fine Arts Center, Building 15. Use parking lots 15 or 16. Drive on I-45 South, take exit 30 just after beltway 8 towards Ellington/Dixie Farm. Continue on feeder, turn right on Dixie Farm Road. Before you reach Beamer Road, turn right into the Campus parking lots and second left to parking lots 15 and 16.
