Team Scores - Please read and understand

Please read again the Scoring section in the Program Guide, page 20 for long-term and page 25 for spontaneous scoring.

Coaches should plan to go back to their long-term venue at least one hour after their performance, starting from 11 am until the last team performance in that venue. They will have a one-on-one with the Head Judge who will deliver a copy of the detailed scores for long term and style. Once coaches review the team’s long-term raw scores with the judge, they have 30 minutes to raise any questions. Only objective scores can be disputed. All raw long-term scores become official 30 minutes after the review, even if a coach has not taken the opportunity to review the team’s long-term score. The official grievance process is explained in the Program Guide, page 29 under the “Questions About Scoring” section.

You may go pick-up your scores later in the day but once the venue closes, detailed scores are no longer available, you no longer have this contact with the head-judge and cannot dispute any score.

Our goal is to be fair to all teams. This official grievance process was designed with this goal in mind.

Scores are published online after the Award Ceremony for each tournament. You may find your final scores here.
